Cottage Cheese Pudding


1 pound cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs separated
1 cup milk
nutmeg and allspice


Mix together cottage cheese, salt, flour and sugar.
In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks; add milk and mix well then beat this into cheese mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into cheese mixture. Place mixture into baking dish and sprinkle top generously with nutmeg and allspice. Place dish in pan of water. Bake 1 hour in preheated 350° oven.
